Double slapper leather paddle

Two pieces of belt leather are combined in this paddle to produce a wonderfully loud sound without all the sting 

For light to medium impact play it creates a delightful slap sound

It sounds a lot louder than it’s stitched counterpart as extra sound is produced due to the two pieces creating an extra slap, with air in between, merely nanoseconds apart. Can you tell we’ve put a lot of thought into this?
