HELL FOR LEATHER™️ SHIPPING POLICY

This document forms part of our Terms & Conditions, including our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy.

The term "Shipping" means "the transportation of our goods". Other terms that have the same meaning, that are also used in this document are "Ship", "Shipped", "Delivery", "Dispatch" and "Postage".

Hell for Leather™️ can ship your order to anywhere in Australia. Some orders are shipped from our base in Sydney NSW, however we do use supply chain partners within Australia, and world wide and from time to time may ship from that location.

Shipping times

Hell for Leather™️ uses a print-on-demand model for our basics range, including T-shirts and hoodies. We only print your item once it has been ordered.

Our general turnaround is 7-10 working days from order placement + shipping.

For all other products that require shipping, we use Australia Post regular or express service with tracking number.

Shipping cost

Our online shipping rate is free for all basics orders such as T-shirts and hoodies.

For other items, postage rates are dependent on product size and weight.

Delivery Partners

Our delivery partner is Australia Post for Registered Post or Express Post. We rely on the Australia Post listed shipping times to estimate length of shipping time to your delivery address. If your order is critical, we do make every effort to dispatch your order on time according that company's listed delivery time schedule, so that you receive your order on time.

Once an order leaves our delivery dock we can not be held liable for any late deliveries that, when dispatched within time, are late due to reasons that are beyond our control. Critical orders should be placed with ample lead-time. Most shipments (except Regular and Express Post) are covered by insurance and all are traceable to their destination.

Tracking

All orders with tracking numbers can be traced to the destination by the respective shipping company, by using the track and trace functionality on their website. Your shipping notification email from us, after dispatch, will contain this information.

In the case of lost shipment, no claim may be made when the user chooses a shipping method not covered by insurance and is not traceable to a destination. This includes Regular Australia Post and Express Australia Post.

Wrong address supplied

If you enter the wrong shipping or order information, as unfortunate and frustrating as the error is, we just can not be expected to cover this cost.

Missing parcels 

It is the responsibility of Australia Post to deliver your parcel. That's what we pay them to do. Missing parcels are rare but they do happen occasionally. 99% of the time, we replace them, but missing parcels are technically NOT our responsibility. We cannot be held liable for any delays by a third party delivery network.

If a parcel in marked "Delivered" by Australia Post. We consider that final and we strongly recommend you take up the issue with Australia Post and your local Post Office. More often than not a missing parcel will be sitting at your local Post Office awaiting collection.
