HELL FOR LEATHER REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be over the moon with your Hell for Leather product and we promise to do everything in our power to make that happen.

If an order is wrong, or the product is faulty, or doesn’t meet your expectations in any way, we will replace or repair the item.

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store creditdifferent product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Returns for Faulty Items

If you would like to return something because its faulty or not as ordered (provided the fault is a manufacturing or quality issue) please supply a photo of the fault to us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please send the photo to hellforleathercustoms@gmail.com along with your name and email address.

Wrong Item Supplied

If you enter the wrong shipping or order information, as frustrating as the error is, unfortunately we cannot be expected to cover the cost.

Conditions under which claims will NOT be accepted:

+ When a customer enters incorrect details for their order

+ When a customer makes an incorrect choice of product

+ Any reason other than an error on our part

A full refund will only be issued for the following cases:

+ Ordered items that may be out of stock or discontinued.

+ In the case we are unable to complete an order.

We reserve the right to reproduce your order correctly.

Hell for Leather WARRANTY

Our warranty for T-shirts extends until the first wash only. Garments that are washed multiple times are outside our warranty terms, as we have no control over this process and cannot be held responsible for the many possible problems that could occur during a laundry cycle.

 

REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hellforleathercustoms@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
