The hobble belt was invented by Australian Stockmen who would hobble the horse with the ingenious loop that restricts the horse from wandering too far yet allows them to continue grazing, whilst the drovers ate their dinner or even slept.

I'm really impressed with the handmade quality of my belt, far superior than any of the other belts I own.
It was a hard choice between red or black stiching, ended up picking black buckle and stiching, and I like black things.
The hardware has nice and smooth rounded edges and has some weight to them. Also, the buckle also has a roller that I didn't notice before ordering!
I'm looking now to buy something else as a gift!
